Desi Egg Fried Rice

To Go Box for Children and Adults Too
This dish is the most fav dish,mainly for my friends,as they use to fight for this dish.Its my mom's signature dish.

 Ingredients

Eggs-4

Oil-3 tbsp
Rice-2 cups
Water-3 1/2cup (For rice)
Venigar-1 tsp
Soya Sauce-1 tsp
Green Chili sauce-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Pepper powder-1tsp
Coriander Powder-1 tbsp
Salt-as req
Veggies-each (1/3 cup)
Carrots,potato,spring onions,peas

Masala

Bay leaf-1
Cinnamon Stick-1
Cloves-1 tsp
Black Cardamom-2
Shahi Jeera-1tsp
Mace-1
Star Anise-1


Preparation

  • Scramble eggs in 1 tbsp oil with salt and pepper and keep a side.
  • Chop veggies
  • Boil rice and spread rice on flat plate.
Method


  •  In a wok heat oil add masala saute for few minutes later add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw smell goes .
  • Now add all veggies and cook until they turn tender then add venigar,soya sauce,green chili sauce mix well.
  • Lastly add rice,pepper powder,coriander powder,salt,scrambled egg mix well and serve with raitha.



NOTE- I added spices according to my taste.
