Every one's fav breakfast and yummylicious tiffin prepared whenever you wish to have.
Ingredients
Semolina-1/2 cup
All purpose Flour-1/2 cup
Rice Flour-1 1/3 cup
Salt-as req
Cummin Seds-1 tsp
Onion-1 medium
Green chili-3
Curry Leaves-1 string
Ginger-1/4 cup
Coriander Leaves-1/3 cup
Water-as req
Preparation
- Chop onions,green chili,ginger,coriander leaves,curry leaves finely and keep a side.
- Take deep bowl add in semolina,all purpose flour,rice flour,salt,cummin seeds mix well.
- Now add all chopped onions,green chilies,curry leaves,coriander leaves,ginger to flour mixture.
- Lastly add required water.
- The mixture should be like watery texture.
- Heat tawa sprinkle oil and pour dosa mixture on tawa and let it cook.(As shown in picture)
- Flip other side and cook until its done.
- Serve this your kind of chutney.
- I like to have this with sugar,coconut chutney.
