This curry goes well with combo of rice and sambar. It's very easy recipe as you can prepare quickly.
Ingredients
Beerakayi-2
Salt- as req
Water-as req
Green chili-4
Shredded dry coconut-1 tbsp
Tempering
Oil-1 tbsp
Garlic-4 crushed
Mustard Seeds-1 tsp
Cumin Seeds-1 tsp
Urad Dal-1 tsp
Chana Dal-1 tsp
Curry Leaves-1 string
Preparation Method
- First boil Chopped beerakayi and keep a side.
- Heat oil in kadai add garlic first then add green chilli saute and later add other ingredients saute well.
- Add this tempering to boiled beerakayi mix it well
- Lastly add shredded dry coconut.
- Serve this with rice or roti.
