Bhendi Fry

Best Munching With Sambar😋

Ingredients
Oil-2 tbsp
Peanut-1/3 cup
Onion-1 medium
Green Chili-4
Salt-as req
Karam podi-1 tbsp
(Use Red Chili powder if u don't have karam podi)
Bhendi-1 pound
Preparation
  • Chop onion,green chili,washed bhendi and keep a side.
Method
  • Heat oil in a wide pan on medium low flame,add onions,green chili and saute for some time ,then add peanuts saute until they turn lite brown in color.
  • Now add bhendi  saute,later add salt mix it and cook until its done.
  • Lastly add karam podi mix well and serve this yummy dish with your kind of choice.(Sambar,pappu,rice,roti)


Note: Do not mix bhendi too much as it may mash if you do so.
