Best Break Fast and snack 

Ingredients
Oil-for deep fry
All purpose flour-2 cup
Rice Flour-1/3 cup
Salt-as req
Cumin Seeds-1 tsp
Baking Powder-1 tsp
Curd-1 cup
Water-if req

Preparation
  • In a bowl add in all purpose flour,rice flour,cumin seeds mix well then add curd mix well like a thick batter consistency(add water if you req to).Ferment whole nite.

Method
  • Heat oil on medium high flame in kadai for deep frying,mean while add salt,baking powder mix well and drop ball shape bondas in oil and fry till golden brown in color.Serve this yummy hot bondas with coconut chutney.
