Oil-2 tbsp

Preparation Method
- Soak toor dal for 30 mins and boil it in pressure cooker for 3 whistles and keep a side.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pot add washed methi and fry until you see crisp texture and keep a side
- Now again heat 1 tbsp oil add crushed garlic saute for some time then add mustard seeds.cumin seeds,urad dal,red chili,curry leaves and saute for some time and keep it a side.
- Lastly add turmericsalt,methi,tempering mix it well.
- Serve this yummy pappu with hot hot rice with combo of bhendi fry or tindora fry.
NOTE:Add hot water if the texture is thick.
