Chicken Quesadilla

I love this quesadilla at chillis n my fav too ,this tastes yummy with sour cream n tomatoes mainly with fire sauce.

Ingredients

All purpose flour-1/2cup(for tortillas)

Water-as req

Oil-4tbsp

Salt-as req

Tortillaa-as req(i took 2)

Chicken-1cup

Red chilli powder-1/2tbsp

Ginger garlic paste-1/2tbsp

Garam Masala powder-1/2tbsp

Onions-1cup

Tomatoes-1cup

Cheese-as of your choice

Preparation

First prepare dough with all purpose flour as you make for chapathi n keep a side.Make tortillas on tawa n keep a side.Chopp onions,tomatoes.Marinate Chicken with red chilli powder,salt,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste for 1hr.

Method

Fry chicken in oil n saute until tender.Now place tortilla on stage n spread  layers-first cheese,onions,tomatoes,chicken n lastly cheese n cover it from other side as i shown in picture.Now heat tawa n toast it on both sides n place it on plate.Serve this yummy quesadilla with fire sauce.
