Crab Rangoon

My most fav thai appetizer,when ever i go i eat this 1 every time which prepared with very few ingredients.Crab Rangoon r the appetizers mouth watering,very tasty n yummylicious.



Ingredients
Wonton Wrappers-as req
Cream cheese-1 1/2cup
Immitation Crab Meat-1can
Salt-as req
Sugar-1tsp
Green Onions-4
Red Chilli flakes-as req
Soya Sauce-1tsp
Oil-for frying



Preparation Method
Take a bowl add cream  cheese,crab meat,salt,sugar,soya sauce,chopped green onions,red chilli flakes mix well n keep a side.


1st Method
Now take wonton wrap place 1tsp cream cheese mixture n hold it in a triangle shape n fold it from 4 sides n attach it tightly,same way repeat this process.(as shown in fig)

2nd Method
Now take wonton wrap place 1tsp cream cheese mixture n apply water in a v shape with your finger n attach from the other side.Now apply pinch of water to other corner n attach both sides as shown.Now fry these
rangoons until they turn lite brown in color n drain it on a tissue.Serve this yummy hot appetizer with sweet n sour dipping suace.


SWEET N SOUR SAUCE
Ingredients
Water-1cup
ketchup=1tblsp
Chilli Sauce-1tblsp
Red Chilli Flakes-1tblsp
Sugar-1cup
Rice venigar-1/2cup
Salt-as req
Preparation Method
Take a pot add all ingredients mix well n boil until water consistency is thick n serve this dipping sauce with crab rangons,spring rolls.
