Matar Paneer

Here is the most yummy dish,every one loves to eat at dhaba now you ppl can cook at your home in a unique way with very few ingredients.

Ingredients
Matar (peas)-1/3 cup
Kasoori methi-1 tbsp
Cummin seeds-1 tbsp
Paneer-1cup
Oil-2 tbsp
Onion-1
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Green chillies-4
Tomatoes-2
Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder-1 tbsp
Cashews-1/4 cup
Curd-1/2 cup
Water-as req
salt- as req


preparation
  • Chop onions,green chillies ,tomatoes n keep a side.
  • Cut paneer pieces add these pieces to a bowl of water n microwave for a min n keep a side.
Method
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add jeera,onions,green chillies, kasoori methi,cashews n saute for some time now add ginger garlic paste n saute until raw smell goes then add tomatoes n saute until they turn mushy,transfer it to blender blend it n keep a side.
  • In same pan add 1 tbsp oil peas n saute add blended mixture,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt mix well n add curd ,then after combining curd add paneer pieces water n boil until gravy texture.
  • Serve this yummy dish with flat bread you wish to have.
