Best dessert for parties which goes well with combo of vanilla ice cream

Gulab jamu  is my fav recipe  prepared this recipe without cracks.Every time when i prepared gulab jamuni i found some cracks n gulab jamun use to break when i fry them.But for the first time gulab jamun did not broke n came so well n its delicious too.I loved it.

Ingredients
Gulabjamun Mix-1packet
Milk-1/2cup
Oil-for frying

For Sugar Syrup
Sugar-2cups
Water-2cups
Cardamom Powder-1/2 tsp
Preparation
  • Mix gulab jamun mix with luke warm milk n rest for 15 mins,after that make round balls without cracks n keep a side


    Method
    • Heat oil on medium flame for frying.Fry balls until it turns lite brown in color n drain it on tissue.After some time add them to sugar syrup n let it immerse,so that sugar syrup coats well to them.Have them after n hour.

    Preparation Method
    • Take a deep pot add sugar,water,cardamom powder n boil for 10 mins on medium flame n low it after 10mins. Do not thicken the syrup.
