Egg Hakka Noodles

Most drooling dish for every one,it's a to go box for kids too.


Ingredients
Oil-4 tbsp
Hakka Noodles-1
Eggs-2
Veggies-bell pepper,cabbage,carrot,spring onions( each 1/2 cup)
Onion-1 medium
Salt-as req
Water-for boiling noodles
Vinegar-1 tbsp
Soya sauce-1 tsp
Red Chili Sauce-1 tbsp
Green Chili Sauce-1 tbsp

Preparation
  • Slice veggies,onions and keep a side.
  • Boil noodles  with salt and water and run in cold water after boiling and keep a side.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok beat eggs add salt scramble it transfer it to bowl.
Method
  • Heat oil in a pan add onions,veggies saute until transparent in nature then sauces,vinegar,salt and saute for some time lastly add boiled noodles,scrambled egg mix well and serve this with tomato sauce.
