I tried for the first time it came so well n it is yummylicious,the best combo is with rice n mudda pappu.

First wash kheema with 2tbsp of turmeric,salt n keep a side.Chop onions in to small pieces,slit green
chillies n boil cashews in microwave for 1min n keep a side.
Method
Now in pressure cooker add 3tbsp oil n heat it,then add onions,green chillies,kasoorimethi n saute until onion are transluscent ,then add ginger garlic paste n suate then add kheema n sauté until water evaporates from kheema,then add all spices,salt n mix well for some time,then add water,cashews n close the cooker lid n cook it until u listen 6 whistles. Serve it with combo of rice,mudda pappu,kheema.U can also serve it with chapati,puri,dosa.
