Double Kameeta

This is my fav dessert n doesn't take long time to cook n very recipe too.My mom use to prepare it very frequently.I m not sweet lover but i love this recipe,so this made me to do.


Ingredients
Bread Slices-4
Milk-1cup
Sugar-1cup
Water-As needed
Cardamom Powder-as per ur taste
Cashews Nuts-few
Raisins-few
Oil-1/2cup
Ghee-4tbsp


Preparation 
Method 1
Fry cashews,raisins in ghee n keep a side.Now cut bread in to 4 pieces toast it n fry it in ghee until it turns lite brown in color n drain it on tissue.First add sugar,water in a deep medium hot pot n mix well n let caramalize little then add bread pieces mix well and lastly add milk n mix,then add cardamom powder,dry fruits n boil for few mins until bread compeletly absorbs milk.
Method 2
Fry cashews,raisins in ghee n keep a side.Now cut bread in to 4 pieces toast it n fry it in ghee until it turns lite brown in color n drain it on tissue.First add milk n let it boil for 5 mins,then add sugar n mix well until sugar completely dissolves then add bread pieces,dry fruits,cardamom powder n mix well until bread absorbs milk.
