Beerakayi(Ridge Gourd) Chutney

My aunt told me the recipe of this chutney n came so yummy,me n my husband luvd the taste of it.

Ingredients
Ridge gourd-2
Coriander Seeds-1tbsp
Cummin Seeds-1tbsp
Urad Dal-1tbsp
Salt-as req
Red Chillies-6
Tamarind-pinch
Sugar-pinch
Garlic-2
Oil-3tbsp


Preparation Method
Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan add garlic n saute for some time,then add coriander seeds,cummin seeds,urad dal,redchillies n saute until they r lite brown in color n transfer it to blender.In same pan add heat 1tbsp oil then add ridge gourd pieces n cook until they r done n transfer in to blender.Add sugar n tamarind to blender.Now blend all these ingredients n again transfer this to same pan n cook it for 5 mins then transfer it to bowl.Serve this yummy pachadi with rice.
