I hate brinjal,but all my family members love to eat gutti vankaya this made me to do today.

Green Chillies-6
Coconut Milk-1/2cup
Water-as req
Ginger Garlic paste-1tbsp
Coriander powder-1 1/2tblsp
First cut brinjals in + shape from bottom n drop it in a bowl of water n keep a side.Chop onion,green chillies n keep a side.Take half of chopped onions,green chillies n blend it.
Heat oil in kadai add half of chopped onions n saute until they r transparent in color,then add onion green chilli paste,turmeric n saute oil oozes out from onions,then add ginger garlic paste n saute for some time,then add brinjals,coriander powder,cummin powder n saute until raw smell goes out,then add req water n cover with lid,lastly add coconut milk when u observe bubbles,boil until u see thick gravy or oil oozes out from curry.Serve this yummy hot curry with combo of rice,pappu,omlet n also with roti.
NOTE:You can add 1tblsp garam masala if u need.
