Mutton Soup

I prepared this recipe for the first time n soup was so tasty.It is healthy soup ,you can serve this soup for ill health people so that they can recover soon.
Ingredients
Oil-4tbsp
Onions-1/2cup
Turmeric-pinch
Salt-as req
Green Chillies-4
Muttonbones-2Lbs
Water-as req(like half the cooker)
Coriander leaves-half bunch
Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Masala Powders
Red Chilli powder-1tbsp
Coriander Powder-1tbsp
Garam Masala powder-1tbsp
Jeera Powder-1tbsp
Whole Garam Masala
Cinnamon Stick-1
Sajira-2tsp
Cardamom-1
Cloves-1tsp
Star Anise-1
Bay leaf-1
Javitri-1
Green cardamom-3

Preparation Method
Heat oil in pressure cooker n add whole garam masala n sauté for some time,then add onion pieces,slit green n sauté until onions r translucent in color,then add ginger garlic paste n sauté for some time,lastly add washed mutton bones water( add water if u need more ).Close the lid n cook until u hear 12  whistles.After complete pressure goes out add all masala powders,salt,turmeric n boil again for 1hr on low heat.Garnish it with coriander leaves n serve this hot hot soup with roti ,bread.It tastes so yummy .
