Preparation
Wash n clean the fish,marinate fish with ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder for 30mins n keep a side. Chopp onions,green chillies n keep a side.Blend half of the onions,green chillies n keep a side.
Method
Take a pot add oil n let it heat,now add half of the onions,turmeric powder n saute until they r transparent,then add blended onion paste n saute until oil oozes out,then add marinated fish,garam masala powder,water,curry leaves n boil until fish compeletly cooks n you see thick gravy,garnish this yummy fish curry finally with chopped cilantro.Serve this yummy dish with rice.
