Ingredients
Peanuts-1 cup
Jaggery-1 cup
Water-2 tblsp
Ghee-1 tblsp
Dry roast peanut and take off the skin and keep a side.
Method
Take kadai add crushed jaggery and let it melt medium thick,once you test it in water by adding tsp jaggery it should be not be sticky rather it should form like ball.
Then you add roasted peanut to jaggery mixture and mix well and transfer to plate which you greased with ghee ,and spread that peanut jaggery mixture all over the plate and let it cool.Cut
the chikki in to square and serve.
