Here is the mouth watering recipe which really drools your mouth which goes well with pulka,naan,roti.Paneer is indian cheese rich nutrition which can be done with of your choice of ingredients.
Ingredients
Butter-1 stick
Oil-2tblsp
Onion-2 medium
Tomatoes-3medium
Green chilli-3
Paneer-200gms
Cashews-1/4 cup
Shahijeera-1tsp
Salt-as req
Coriander leaves-1 bunch
Kasoorimethi-1tblsp
Masala Powders
Red chilli-1tsp
Cummin -1tsp
Coriander-1tsp
Preparation
Cut paneer in to cubes and keep a side.Slice onions,tomatoes,green chilli and keep a side.Chop coriander leaves.
Method
Add half stick butter,oil in wok and heat it on medium flame then add all chopped ingredients,saute well later add cashews mix well and cook until its done.Then let it cool and blend it in blender and keep a side.In same wok add other half stick and add blend mixture then masala powders,salt mix well and cook until butter,oil oozes out.lastly add paneer and mix well.Serve this yummy recipe with your choice of  bread.
