Garam masala-1tsp

Cummin powder-1tblsp
Preparation
Dry roast poppy seeds,cashews,sesame seeds,dry coconut,ground nut and keep a side.Slit mirchi take out seeds and fry them in wok with 4tblsp oil and keep a side.Take other deep pan add 2tblsp oil heat it then add onion,green chilli saute let it half done then add tomatoes and cook until its mushy and done well.Now first blend dry roast ingredients with little water and make a paste and keep a side,then add onion tomato mixture to blender and blend it smoothly and transfer to bowl and keep a side.
Now take a wide pan add 2tblsp oil heat it then add all raw masala and saute for few seconds then add complete blend mixture(dry roast,onion) and saute for few minutes then add all masala powders,salt mix well and cook until u smell nice aroma.Lastly add fried mirchi,kasoori methi mix well with blended mixture.Serve this yummy hot recipe with your choice of bread.
