Butter-1 1/2stick
Oil-2tblsp

Coriander leaves-1 bunch
Cummin seeds-1tsp

Green chilli-2
Masala powders
Red chilli-1tblsp
Coriander-1tblsp
Cummin-1tblsp
Lemon-1
Vegetables
Capsicum-2 medium
Potatoes-4
Carrot-2 medium
Tomatoes-4 medium
Preparation
Chop all vegetables and keep a side.Chop onion,coriander and keep a side.
Method
In cooker add 2tblsp oil,half stick butter add chilli power,cummin seeds saute then add vegetables and pressure cook for two whistles and keep a side and let it cool,then smash the veggies and transfer it to kadai,add other half stick,masala powders,salt little water mix well and cook until oil oozes out and transfer it to bowl,Now add other half stick butter and roast the pav on both sides and transfer it to plate.Serve this yummylicious pav bhaji with munching of onion,coriander and dash of lime.
Note:I make in large quantity so my measurements are bit more.
