Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp

Warm water-for making coconut milk
Basmati Rice-2 cups
Coconut milk(for rice)-3 1/2 cups
Cashews-as req
Masala Ingredients
Shahi jeera-1 tbsp
Bay leaf-2
Star Anise-2
Mace-2
Black cardamom-2
Cloves-6
Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste ,green chilies saute n add all masala ingredients,cashews n saute for some time n keep a side.Here you can use canned coconut milk or fresh coconut milk.
Method
In rice cooker add coconut milk,masala ingredients,salt,rice mix well n let it boil n get done.Here is your yummy coconut rice ready which you can serve this with any kind of khurmas,non veg recipes

Preparation Method
Chop onions, green chillies,cilantro n grate carrot,kheera.Mix these in a bowl n add curd and salt to it .
Note:Use warm water for making coconut milk. Don't use cold water as it gets spoiled.
