Soak rice for 1hr n boil it.Slice onion,carrots,beans n keep a side.Wash chicken n boil chicken in other pan with salt n black pepper n keep a side,later shred the chicken.
Method
Spread boiled rice on a plate n let it cool.Heat oil in a wide wok n beat eggs n scramble it,then add onion n saute until transparent in color,then add all veggies n saute for some time,then add shredded chicken,soya sauce,venigar,green chilli sauce,red chilli sauce,salt n saute until tender,Lastly add rice mix well n serve this yummy hot fried rice with raitha.
