Chicken Biryani

Chicken Biryani the most fav dish for every one,this dish is prepared in 1hr n very easy recipe to prepare,after cooking it for many times,finally it was yummy yummy yummy yummy.


Ingredients
Oil-for deep frying onions n 3tblsp for biryani
Onion-1big
-For Chicken Marination
Chicken-2pounds
Green Chilli Paste-1/2cup
Curd-2cups
Ginger garlic paste-3tblsp
Lemon-1
Kasoori methi-2tbsp
Salt-as req
Red chilli powder-2tblsp
Dhaniya Powder-2tblsp
Garam Maslala powder-2tblsp
Shan biryani masala powder-2tblsp
Oil-2tblsp
Fried onions-1cup
Masala ingredients for Boiling Rice
Basmati rice-3cups
Pudina-1/2cup
Oil-1tblsp
Salt-as req
Bay leaf-2
Cinnamon-2
Star Anise-4
Black Cardoamom-4
Cloves-12
Mace(javitri)-4
Water-10cups
Sajira-1tblsp

Preparation
Slice onion n deep fry it oil n drain it on tissue.Except chicken mix all other marinated ingredients,now add these marination mixture to chicken n mix well.Marinade over night.



Method
Soak washed rice for 30mins with 2tsp oil n 2tsp sajira.In a large deep pot heat oil add all masala ingredients,water n bring it to boil,later add soaked rice n boil until rice dance in water n immediatly drain the water.Lastly take other deep pot add oil n heat it,first add chicken n spread all over the pan,then add rice,fried onions like layer wise and cover the lid tightly n cook for 10 mins on medium high flame,then other 20 to 30 mins on low medium flame.Turn off the gas n let it cool down for some time.That's it here is your yummy yummy biryani ready.Serve this with raita njoy.


Note:I added spices according to my taste.
Lid must be tightly closed.
