Mutton Biyani

I prepared this recipe for the first time of my own style n recipe is so delicious.My husband is mutton lover n loved the biryani.

Ingredients
Oil-5tbsp
Basmati Rice-3cups
Water-8cups
Onions-1big,1samall
Fried Onions-1cup
Boiled Egg
Mutton-2pounds
Green Chillies-10
Red Chilli Powder-2tbsp
Dhaniya Powder-2tbsp
Salt-as req
Garam Masala Powder-2tbsp
Pudina-1cups
Kasoorimethi-1/3cup
Curd-1cup
Cilantro-as req
Ginger Garlic Paste-2 tbsp
Masala Ingredients for Cooking Rice
Bay leaf-3
Shahi Jeera-2 tsp

Preparation
Marinate washed mutton with red chilli powder,dhaniya powder,salt,curd,garam masala powder,fried onions,1tbsp oil,1tbsp ginger garlic paste,cilantro,chopped,green chillies,kasoori methi over night.
Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan n let it heat then add sliced onions n saute until they turn lite brown in color n keep a side.In other pan boil eggs n keep a side.

Rice Method
Firstly soak washed basmati rice with 1tsp oil n 1tsp shahi jeera for 1 hour.In a large pot add water,bay leaf,pudina, 1tbsp oil,salt n let it boil until u smell nice aroma,then add soaked rice n boil until rice dance in water n drain the water n keep a side.let rice cool.


Curry preparation Method
Take pressure cooker add 2 tbsp oil n heat it,then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,1 tbsp kasoori methi n saute for time,then add coriander leaves n saute for some more time.Now add marinated mutton add required water n cover the lid with whistle until u listen 6 whistles n off the stove n keep a side.When pressure compeletly goes out,separate mutton pieces n gravy.



Biryani Preparation Method
Take a deep pot heat 2 tbsp of oil add few mutton pieces then rice then sliced onions,coriander leaves,eggs in (layer wise). Cover the lid tightly.Flame should be on low medium heat for at least 45 mins to 1 hr.Let it cool down for some time. Serve this yummy biryani with raitha.
