Coconut Chutney

 My most favourable chutney which goes well with any kind of  indian breakfast.


Ingredients
Oil-1tbsp
Chana Dal (Daliya)-1/2cup
Coriander Seeds-1tbsp
Cumin Seeds-1tbsp
Urad Dal-1tbsp
Green Chillies-8
Grated Coconut-1cup
Garlic-2
ginger-pinch
Warm water-as req

Tempering
Oil-2tsp
Mustard Seeds-1tsp
Curry Leaves-1 string

Preparation Method
First add coconut,chana dal in a blender n keep a side.Now heat oil in a pan add crushed garlic,ginger n saute then add coriander seeds, cummin seeds,urad dal,green chilli n saute for 2 mins,then add these mixture to blender n let it cool for some time.Lastly blend by adding warm water n transfer it to bowl.

Tempering
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,curry leaves n saute for a minute then add this to chutney.
Serve this yummy chutney with any kind of indian break fast you wish to have.
