Ingredients
Kasoorimethi-1tbsp
Mutton-2pounds
Green Chillies-10

Cashews-1/4cup
Ginger Garlic Paste-2tbsp
Red Chilli Powder-3tbsp
Garam Masala-1tbsp
Salt-as req
Wate-as req for boiling

Preparation
Firstly wash mutton with turmeric,salt n keep a side.Chop Onions n slit green chillies n keep a side.Boil cashews n keep a side
Method
Now in pressure cooker add 2tbsp oil n heat it,then add onions,green chillies n saute until onion are transluscent .Then add ginger garlic paste n suate for some time then add mutton n sauté until water evaporates from mutton,then add all spices,salt n mix well for some time,then add water,cashews n close the cooker lid n cook it until u listen 8 whistles. Serve it with puri,chapati,pudina rice,coconut rice.
