I love this ice cream n this made me to do the experiment which came out yummy n delicious.
Heavy whipping cream-1 1/2cups
Sugar-1/2cup
Sugar-1/4cup for (praline)
Cashews-as req
Milk-1/2cup
Butter-1tbsp
Butterscotch Essence-1tsp
Take a large pot,add in whipping cream,1/2 cup sugar,milk,butterscotch essence n beat until you see creamy texture n keep a side.Now take a pan add 1/4cup sugar n caramalize it,now add butter,cashews n mix it well,put this caramalize mixture on greased plate n let it cool.After cooling blend it corsely n add in to the cream n mix well.Pour this in to the container n freeze it for one day.Here is your yummy butterscotch ice cream is ready to eat.
